Eat fish and your heart will thank you for it!

Some research even suggests that having oily fish twice a week will cut the probability of you suffering a heart attack in HALF! Who would not like that? Even if you don’t eat fish twice a week religiously and even if you indulge in white fish such as Cod and Haddock, not just Salmon, Mackerel and Tuna, your risk of suffering a heart attack will be cut drastically.

Eating fish regularly will also vastly improve your chances of surviving after the heart attack strikes. It is all thanks to the ability of fish to reduce the levels of fats called triglycerides in your blood. Raised levels of triglycerides are associated with cardiovascular disease.
